We stand behind the quality of every pair of ELLVY socks. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, here's how we handle it.
What's Covered
Manufacturing defects — such as faulty stitching or a knitting fault — reported within 90 days of purchase. We'll replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, damage from improper washing or drying, or issues arising after extended use are not covered under this warranty.
How to Make a Claim
Email ellvysocks@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
