30-Day Window
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email ellvysocks@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Let us know in your return request and we'll arrange it once your original item is received.
